Glenbrook School is seeking a high-energy leader to serve as Head Girls’ Varsity Basketball Coach and teacher beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for an individual with a strong passion for basketball and a commitment to building a competitive, disciplined, and fundamentally sound program. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading all aspects of the girls’ basketball program including practices, games, off-season development, and player growth while promoting teamwork, accountability, and sportsmanship.

 

Candidates should have a strong background in basketball as a player and/or coach, with prior head coaching experience preferred. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and either possess current teaching certification or be willing to obtain certification. The ideal candidate will bring energy and leadership to the program, work collaboratively with faculty and staff, and serve as a positive role model for student-athletes while helping build a culture of hard work and pride in representing Glenbrook School. Teaching area and second sport will be determined based on applicants experience and certification.
